If there’s a no-call, no-show, we stay on the zoom call for 10 minutes before we count it as a missed call that does not get rescheduled.
We ask that we start with at least a 6-month commitment, because we know that change doesn’t happen overnight, and 6 months of leadership (3 months) and performance (3 months) give us a good sample size to determine what your next steps should be.
With 1-on-1 coaching, we use our signature ‘roots to results’ coaching method to help you transform your shop’s success by focusing on skills designed to tap into unrecognized leadership and performance potential to achieve limitless results. We meet via Zoom every week.
Each call is scheduled for an hour but lasts approximately 50-55 minutes. The remaining 5-10 minutes is used to type in any additional notes and to clean up the running documents that we utilize during our coaching calls.
Absolutely! This is the standard billing we operate with, so unless you tell us that you would prefer a lump sum payment, monthly billing is the default and our preferred frequency of payment.
